Under Kevin’s leadership Chrysler’s spending with diverse suppliers increased from $1.4 Billion, to $6.5 Billion. Kevin also connected MBE’s to other businesses and convinced corporations that supplier diversity is not just the right policy, but is also very important to the corporation’s bottom line because diversity groups are also consumers.
